Observation From Psalm 27

Psalm 27 does not deny the hardships of life that can create fear. The vivid sketches of war, enemies, violence, betrayal and abandonment that David used are powerful testimonies to the challenges we will face because of our faith; and challenges we need to meet with our faith. We can look them straight in the eye—not with anger, revolt or revenge—but with the same confidence David had because of what the Lord is and because of what He has done.
