Many I know of are enduring sorrow of one sort are another. Thinking back about what you lost can be heartbreaking. After all, that’s what sorrow is mostly all about; what’s lost. Then, it can lead to worry about the present and the uncertainty of living in the now. Remember fondly, but don’t let the loss keep you from reaching ahead.
Sorrow looks back. Worry looks around. Faith looks up.“… fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him, endured the cross…” – Heb 12:2
